If you find autographed merchandise online or even in sports memorabilia stores for significantly less than our catalog price, chances are good the item is not authentic. These items might even come with Certificates of Authenticity, but unless the COA and the item are provided by a reputable authorized dealer, they mean nothing.

5. What are the details of your return policy?

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a refund to your account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition. Items deemed worn, damaged or missing associated authentication devices, seals or tags by EXLSports.com will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

Shipping costs vary and are primarily dependent upon the size and weight of the item, the shipping method (Standard, Priority or Overnight), the quantity purchased and the ship-to location. The rates and policies for shipping will be determined by the method of shipment that you select prior to the completion of a purchase. All orders are confirmed via email.

11. How do you obtain your autographed memorabilia?

We obtain all of our memorabilia from paid athlete signings. These signings are conducted by licensed companies such as Athletic Promotional Events, Mounted Memories and TriStar. Every item we sell is guaranteed authentic for life.

12. Do you buy sports memorabilia from private collectors?

No, we only purchase our sports memorabilia from licensed companies and large distributors, because it is the only way we can consistently guarantee the authenticity of the items we sell.

13. Do you appraise or authenticate sports collectibles?

We do not appraise or authenticate sports collectibles. Our prices are based on current market value.

14. Why is there no picture for some of your items?

While we're always working to have a quality picture of each item we sell, we apologize that there are still some item images that are unavailable. We recommend that you take a look at some similar items to get an idea of what the one that you want might look like - and remember, we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - so if you receive an order that is not quite what you expected, we'll make it right!

15. Why are some items available to ship faster than others?

We ship items from several warehouses accross the country. Each has a different handling time, which causes some items to ship faster than others.

16. Why do you have some of the same items listed twice with different prices?

We believe in giving our customers choice! We stock items from several different nationally reputable suppliers. Sometimes two or more suppliers will carry items that are the same or similar, but charge different prices. Usually the only difference between two or more items that seem the same, but are priced differently, is the company that provides the Certificate of Authenticity. Also, sometimes items from different suppliers ship faster than others, so if you need it in a rush, it might be worth spending a few more dollars to cut down the handling time.
